It is a cross bracelet, it is designed by Jen Ramos, the author of "Made by girl" blog, her store has a massive collection of accessories which includes not only cross bracelets, but also thin cross bracelets, skull beaded bracelets, chain link bracelets and gypsy bracelets; she also designs fold over clutches and cute tassel key chains.
