My mom's DIY - shoes upgrade



Hello everyone. This post is my favorite from all, or my favorite DIY, this shoes makeover or update was made by my mom. Look at the picture below, these shoes turned out so lovely, didn't they?

What you need for this DIY is:
1. Duct tape of different colors, it can be found at any arts and crafts stores
2. Shoes you want to update
3. Scissors
The pattern can be any kind you prefer. But I think the important  detail that definitely has to be added is gluing thin black stripes of the duct tape in between two colors. It adds a finishing touch to the whole pattern.
As you see some elements of original gold leather were left unglued - it also adds additional color. The platform and heel were not glued. But originally we thought of gluing half of the heel.
